We may assess anonymous information of this kind statistically to optimise our Internet presence and the required technology.

We shall never forward the data recorded by us to third parties or a link with personal data shall never be established without your consent.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as: Google). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” i.e. text files saved onto your computer that allow your usage of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored at this location. Since IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address shall first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that are party to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address shall be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.  On behalf of the operator of this website, Google shall use this information to assess your use of this website, to compile reports about the website activities and to perform other services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the website operator.  Google shall not merge the IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics with other data.

The purposes of data processing are to assess the use of the website and to compile reports about website activities. This allows other related services to be provided on the basis of the use of the website and of the Internet.  This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.

You can prevent the cookie storage through corresponding browser settings. However, please note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website fully in this case. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the cookie-generated data (including your IP address) about your use of the website by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in provided under the following link: Browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics..

In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent the tracking by Google Analytics on our website by clicking the link by clicking the link. This shall install an opt-out cookie on your device. This shall block the collection by Google Analytics for this website and for this browser in future as long as the cookie is installed in your browser.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

To display our contents correctly and in a visually appealing manner on any browser, we use script and font libraries, such as Google Webfonts on this website (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Webfonts are transmitted to your browser’s cache to prevent repeated loading.  If the browser does not support or blocks the access to Google Webfonts, the contents shall be displayed in a standard font.

Use of script or font libraries automatically establishes a connection to the operator of the library. When doing so, it is theoretically possible that the operator of the respective library may collect data – but it is currently unclear whether and, if applicable, for which purposes the operator shall do so.

The privacy policy of the library operator, Google, can be found at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Use of Adobe Typekit

We use Adobe Typekit for the visual design of our website. Typekit is a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., which grants us an access to a font library. For integrating the fonts used by us, your browser must establish a connection with an Adobe server in the USA and download the font that is required for our website. Adobe thus receives the information that our website was called up from your IP address. More information about Adobe Typekit can be found in the privacy notice of Adobe at: www.adobe.com/privacy/typekit.html

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually represent geographic information.  When using Google Maps, Google shall also collect, process and use data about use of the map functions by users.  More information about the data processing by Google can be found in: Google’s privacy notice . There, you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.
Detailed instructions on managing your data in connection with Google productscan be found here.

Embedded YouTube videos

We embed Youtube videos on some of our web pages. Operator of the corresponding plug-in is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection is established with Youtube servers. Youtube is thereby informed as to which pages you are visiting. If you have logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can personally assign your surfing behaviour to you. You can prevent this by first logging out from your Youtube account.

When a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about the user’s behaviour.
If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google-Ad programme, you should also not expect such cookies when watching Youtube videos. But Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

More information on the data protection of “Youtube” can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords shall store a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is placed when a user clicks an ad placed by Google.  These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve for personal identification. When a user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user clicked the ad and was referred to this page.  Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.  The information gathered with the help of conversion cookies serves to prepare conversion statistics for AdWords customers, who have decided to use conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked their ad and were referred to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag.  However, they receive no information that could identify users personally.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can reject the placement of the necessary cookie – for instance, by choosing the browser setting that deactivates the automatic placement of cookies in general, or you can set your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com” .

Please note that you should not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish for any measuring data to be recorded.  If you have deleted all cookies in the browser, you must replace the respective opt-out cookie.
